Did you see it?I set my alarm for 4:30am so that I could witness the lunar eclipse this morning. My two oldest girls sat out on the front porch with me in the dark and watched the earth's shadow pass in front of the moon and make it disappear. Very cool! Poor homeschooled kids - their lessons start even in the wee hours of the morning!
From this photo you can see that I really have no idea how to shoot something like this and I was dreaming about a big ol' telephoto lens for my 20d. Oh well...someday.
We were fortunate enough to see the moon completely eclipsed before the sun rose and the moon dropped over the horizon.
